At Lower Farm we can provide you with a comfortable and relaxed country retreat tucked away in a picturesque and traditional farm setting.
Each of our 10 comfortable bedrooms looks out onto a central courtyard. It is here that guests can enjoy a delicious farmhouse breakfast served in our spacious breakfast room. Afterwards guests are welcome to relax in the sunshine with the daily newspapers or take a stroll along one of several footpaths around the farm or village. Barnwell is a village full of character with its many thatched houses, village shop and 300-year old pub, The Montagu Arms.
Lower Farm is perfectly placed for fishing in the Nene Valley and to explore the wider areas of Northamptonshire and Rutland, with an endless choice of historic towns, country parks and outdoor activities to enjoy.
