Puddle Cottage is a traditional, character stone cottage in the delightful Rutland village of Edith Weston with a fabulous village shop, good pub, and Rutland Water all just a short walk away. You will be perfectly located to explore this wonderful county.
Puddle Cottage was built in 1849 and offers the traditional charm of a cottage, maintaining its original stone walls, exposed timberwork, and open fire. Yet it offers all the modern facilities you would expect such as a recently renovated bathroom, gas central heating, refurbished breakfast kitchen with new appliances and a granite sink, and a large flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. WIFI is also available to our guests free of charge.
We happily accommodate well behaved dogs at Puddle Cottage and there are many fantastic walks locally. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, so we have filled Puddle Cottage with books and games which you can enjoy in front of the log fire in the winter or the cottage garden in the summer.

- Minimum 3 night stay. Prices from £51 per night.
- Prices include linen, towels, gas/ electricity, kitchen essentials and a large pile of logs, coal and kindling for the open fire.
- Well behaved dogs welcome at Puddle Cottage by prior arrangement (a small charge of £20 per stay to cover additional cleaning).
