- Characterful split-level L-shaped lounge/diner with high ceilings, exposed beams, and wood burner. Features a 50" flat-screen TV with Sky, large corner leather sofa, additional sofa, and dining area with seating for 10 around a solid wood table. Double doors lead to the rear garden.
- Fully equipped kitchen including breakfast bar, dish washer, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, double oven, and washer/dryer machine; separate dryer.
- 3 bathrooms - One (can be en-suite) with Jacuzzi bath and hand shower over, the second an ensuite with shower room and the third (can be en-suite) a wet room designed for disabled use.

- Exclusive fishing swims on the adjacent Hampshire Avon available at an additional cost.
- Short breaks available, Friday to Friday bookings.
- Pets are welcome (charged at £25 per pet).
- The first basket of logs for the wood burner in the lounge is free and then £7.50 per bag thereafter.
- Welcome pack provided including a bottle of Prosecco, locally produced honey, shortbread biscuits, milk, tea & coffee*. Also, a discount Spend n’ Save card to be used locally which can provide discounts when used with participating businesses. * Contents may vary.
- An adjoining 2-acre paddock and stables for two horses are available on a DIY basis (£100 / horse / week) if you wish to bring your own horse. The paddock adjoins a bridleway which gives access to the National Park.

Welcome to our wonderful luxury riverside cottage. Soak in the views across the river and water meadows, listen to the wildlife, and snuggle up by the log burner at night. Our lodge provides the perfect base to relax and unwind and enjoy your pastimes, whilst also being able to explore the New Forest, and counties of Hampshire and Dorset, including its spectacular coastline. Have a wonderful time and enjoy our welcome hamper too.
Pricing
- 7 nights – from £1,092 (off peak) to £2,471 (peak).
- 3/4 nights – From £880 (off peak) to £1,853 (peak).
- Monday and Friday check in dates.
- Fishing included on lake and the private swim on the River Avon (further parts of the river available at additional cost, see angling section).
- Dogs are charged at £40 per dog.
- The first basket of logs for the wood burner in the lounge is free and then £7.50 per bag thereafter.

- Adjoining 2-acre paddock and stables for two horses are available on a DIY basis if you wish to bring your own horse at £100 per horse per week.
