What the site provides

We (Angling Stays) provide access to the www.anglingstays.com web site (“the Site”) for property owners and agents (“advertisers”) and people using the site other than that to advertise property (“users”).

We provide an advertising service for advertisers and a property search facility for users. We do not own, manage, or inspect any of the properties advertised on our site. We have absolutely no involvement in the reservation process, although we may provide tools to enable the transaction between advertiser and user. We make no claims as to the safety or legality of any of the properties advertised. Neither are we able to confirm the accuracy of any listings or their reviews. It is the sole responsibility of the Advertiser to be eligible to rent the property and the sole responsibility of the user to pay for the rental.

Contracts

Any contract arising from the use of our site is directly between an advertiser and a user and we are not a party to that contract. In recognition of this, you accept that any claim you may have that is in any way connected with a dispute you have with another user and/or advertiser on our site must be brought directly against that user or advertiser and not against us. We will not enter any dialogue or correspondence regarding a dispute or complaint against another user and/or advertiser on our site.

Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights on the Website and all material and content on the Website (including, but not limited to, images, text, logos, web pages, layouts, software (including code and interface), icons, video, and design). You may not use this intellectual property without the prior written approval of Angling Stays.

All copyright, database rights, trademarks, and design rights in our site and in the content published on it belong to us or our advertisers.

Quotes provided by the Advertisers will be made in their preferred currency.

Accounts

Where use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account.

You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for keeping your password secure.

Termination

If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your Angling Stays account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.
