Accommodation Details
- Five bedrooms sleeping up to 11 guests, with the option of an additional luxury glamping hut for 2 guests.
- Bedroom 1 – King-size bedroom on the ground floor with adjacent disabled-access wet room.
- Bedroom 2 – Ground floor double bedroom next to a family bathroom and separate WC.
- Bedroom 3 – Spacious first-floor family room with a double bed and a single bed.
- Bedroom 4 – Twin bedroom (first floor) with en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 5 – Twin bedroom (first floor) with access to a separate shower room.
- Large, bright lounge with wood-burning stove, Sky TV, comfy sofas and double doors leading to the conservatory and rear patio. The conservatory has additional seating and garden views. Dining table seats 11.
- Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast seating, induction hob, double oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, larder fridge, freezer, and utility room with washer and dryer.
- 4 bathrooms – one ground floor disabled-access wet room, one ground floor family bathroom with bath and hand shower over, one first-floor en-suite shower room, and one additional first-floor shower room.
- Electricity and towels included.
- Wheelchair friendly ground floor with level access and adapted bathroom.
- Private parking for up to four cars.
- Wi-Fi throughout the property.
- Outside – Enclosed garden with patio area, outdoor seating for 11, 2 tables, parasols, and BBQ. Also features a trampoline, climbing frame, swings, picnic bench, bike/fishing shed, and newly fenced woodland copse ideal for dog exercise and picnics.
- A permanent 4–6 person hot tub in a covered gazebo is available to hire at an additional cost.
- Exclusive fishing swims on an 80-yard stretch of the Hampshire Avon accessible via the paddock, available at an additional cost (permit required).
- Short breaks available, Friday to Friday bookings.
- Pets are welcome (charged at £40 per pet).
- The first basket of logs for the wood burner in the lounge is free, with additional logs available at £7.50 per bag.
- Welcome pack provided including a bottle of Prosecco, locally produced New Forest Spring Water, Tutti Fruity jam, biscuits, milk, tea & coffee*. A Go New Forest discount card is also provided for use with participating local businesses. *Contents may vary.
- An adjoining 2-acre paddock and stables for two horses are available on a DIY basis (£100/horse/week). The paddock adjoins a bridleway with direct access into the New Forest National Park.

With cosy evenings around the log burner and plenty of space for families or groups to gather, Mews Hill is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories. Pricing
- 7 nights – from £1,968 (off peak) to £3,896 (peak).
- 3/4 nights – From £1476 (off peak) to £2,922 (peak).
- Monday and Friday check in dates.
- Fishing included on lake and the private swim on the River Avon (further parts of the river available at additional cost, see angling section).
- Dogs are charged at £40 per dog.
- The first basket of logs for the wood burner in the lounge is free and then £7.50 per bag thereafter.
- A permanent 4 - 6 person hot tub in the garden in it's own gazebo and can be hired at £325 for a weekend or £400 for a week.
- Adjoining 2-acre paddock and stables for two horses are available on a DIY basis if you wish to bring your own horse at £100 per horse per week.
- Hire of state-of-the-art electric mountain bike, Trek Powerfly LT4 plus, with a 50 mile range on each charge. £125 for the weekend or mid-week and £175 for a 7 night break.
- Guests receive a discount Go New Forest card to be used locally which can provide discounts when used with participating businesses.
- Additional accommodation for 2 extra persons is in the Mews Hill Glamping hut and you can also hire ‘Jessica’, a vintage VW Bay campervan, which sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12.
- A Sky Trak Golf Simulator is available that can be set up for you to use during your stay in the games room and includes nets. The cost would be £100 for a week-end or mid week break and £150 for a 7 night stay.(£250 security deposit required).
