Adults only lakeside accommodation sleeping 2 to 4 guests (two lodges and one shepherds hut) plus a selection of touring and caravan pitches. Free fishing on the lake for staying lodge and hut guests.

- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge/freezer etc.).
- Outdoor deck with seating to relax or dine al fresco.

The Angel Luxury - Lakeside Lodge
- A romantic, eco-friendly lodge designed for couples.
- King-size bedroom with French doors to private deck and sky window for stargazing.
- Luxury bathroom with roll-top bath, walk-in double shower and toilet.
- Open-plan living with kitchen and large bay windows capturing the view.
- Sedum roof, sustainably sourced larch cladding, low-energy lighting and renewable electricity.
- Private parking for two cars, plus luxury linens, towels, robes and eco toiletries.
- Sorry, no dogs allowed.

Touring / Caravan Pitches
Grass or hardstanding pitches with or without electric hook-ups, many with direct lake views. Motorhomes, caravans, campervans, RVs, and other touring vehicles welcome. Secure caravan/motorhome storage (CASSOA Gold Awarded) is also available. Store and Stay packages when you use our storage facilities. Well-behaved dogs welcome by arrangement. The facilities Include:

Bring your horse on holiday
Whether you're staying at our caravan site, the cozy shepherd’s hut, or one of the luxury lodges, your horse will enjoy secure stables and access to 180 acres of beautiful land. With off-road hacking trails and even a serene lake where your horse can cool off, it's an ideal retreat for both of you.

- Eight grass pegs and a jetty, ideal for anglers who require wheelchair access.
- Lakeside summerhouse also available overnight (by prior arrangement).
Lakeside activities
In addition to the fishing, guests can enjoy complimentary paddleboarding / open water swimming / rowing. This must be booked in advance; no entering water without authorisation and owners aware.

We’re a small family team who live and work here at Hawton Waters. Our goal is to offer anglers and nature-lovers a peaceful, well-managed retreat with just a handful of lodges, a shepherd’s hut and touring pitches around our private lake. We’ve built everything with sustainability and wildlife in mind, and we’re always on hand to help you make the most of your stay. We look forward to welcoming you to the water.

- The Angel Lodge: from £169 per night (sleeps 2).
- The Phoenix Lodge: from £199 per night (sleeps up to 4).
- The Dragonfly Shepherd’s Hut: from £129 per night (sleeps 2).
- 1 small dog allowed in The Dragonfly Shepherd’s Hut at £20/night.
- Touring / Caravan Pitches: £28–£30 per night. Well behaved dogs welcome by priori arrangement.
- Fishing is free and exclusive to staying lodge and hut guests.
- Note: No dogs allowed in The Angel or The Phoenix lodges.
- Note: General an adults only site. Children allowed in some circumstances by prior arrangement.
