Daisy Lodge:
- Quiet south facing location right set just back from the river.
- Sleeps 6 guests, 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms.
- Bedroom 1 – 1 king size bed, 1 cot.
- Bedroom 2 – 2 single beds.
- Double sofa bed in living room.
- Children and pets welcome.
Kingfisher Lodge:
- Quiet location right on the water’s edge.
- 4 guests, 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 1 bathroom.
- Bedroom 1 – 1 king size bed.
- Bedroom 2 – 2 single beds.
- Sorry no pets allowed at Kingfisher. Children welcome.
- Both lodges have the following:
- Open plan lounge / dining area with riverside views.
- Large kitchen with all the amenities you could need.
- Deck overlooking the river (kingfisher is right on the riverside whilst Daisy is just a few metres further inland, but still offers unobstructed river views.
- Ample off-road parking for two cars right by your lodge.
- Wi-Fi included.
- Sheets and towels included.
- Dogs welcome in Daisy Lodge (no charge) – you will find maps for walks, towels, bowls and throws. There are two dog walking fields on Avon Park and you can walk into Stratford along the river or along miles of footpaths in the nearby country park and the National Trail, the Monarch's Way.

Welcome to our luxury lodges located along the beautiful Warwickshire Avon and set on a landscaped park. Simply stay and watch the world go by along the river and enjoy the Parks amenities, stroll to the nearby village, or hop on a boat to the centre of Stratford upon Avon. It offers the perfect balance for all needs, and of course the fishing, included in your stay, provides another reason our guests return every year for both short stays and longer breaks.
