Pricing
- Prices from £1400 / week break and £980 / short breaks.
- Prices for short breaks are for 3 or 4 nights.
- Well behaved pets welcome (£40 / week or £6 / night for short breaks). Max three pets accepted.
- Extra person requiring bed and linen - £30 / visit / week.
- Guests may use facilities for £7pp per visit with prior arrangement.
- Free fishing on all 3 lakes for guests. Visiting day fisherman - £7 dawn to dusk – Upper and Lower Ram Lake only – 6 ticket limit / day.
- There is a £200 refundable security deposit to ensure against damage, pets are charged at £40 each and a maximum of 3 accepted.
- The first basket of logs for the wood burner in the lounge is free and then £5 per basket thereafter.
- Hot tub charged at £325 for short break or £400 for a week.
