Accommodation Details
- 2 cottages each sleeping up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children).
- 1 bedroom with double bed.
- Sofa bed in living area suitable for up to 2 children.
- Open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
- Outside is a small courtyard with furniture.
- TV and WiFi.
- Next door is the onsite tea room (open every day).
- Free fishing included on Match and Leisure Lakes (Specimen Lake is an extra cost).
- We do need to advise the fishery will close when our fish start spawning, and all bookings would have to be rearranged.
- There is also accommodation in the self contained pods on the Specimen Lake (see separate listing on the site).

Welcome to our family run fishery and accommodation. We have lakes to suit all levels and passions, and the stables are the ideal place to enjoy the countryside setting, wildlife and fishing. When you fancy a treat just wander on over to our cafe for a delicious breakfast, lunch or maybe afternoon tea. This beautiful and peaceful spot is great just to unwind and also explore the wider area.

Accommodation
- Prices from £80 / night.
- 2-night minimum stay.
Fishing
- Match Lake day ticket £5 - no night fishing
- Leisure Lake day ticket £5 (one rod), £8 (two rods) - 24hr ticket also available (£18).
- Specimen Lake 24-hour ticket £25 (you can upgrade to a pod including one person fishing - £70 for 24 hours, additional angler is £30, non fishing guest is free).
- 48hr tickets also available on weekdays and Sundays at a reduced cost.

- Visit one of the many country parks at Langold, Ulley, and Rother Valley. Here you will find a variety of walks, water activities, fishing and of course a café or two!
- Take a walk round the beautiful Lindrick Common nature reserve with meadows and wildflowers.
