Meadows’ Edge
Sleeping up to 4 guests in 2 twin / super king bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms.
Open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room.

Large open living area has dining table, TV / DVD player, sofas, and large feature fireplace with its wood burning stove.

Brock Cottage
Sleeping up to 4 guests in 2 rooms (1 double and 2 single beds or super king, both with en suite shower rooms).
Country kitchen with oak dining table, fridge, freezer, oven, and dishwasher.
Light and airy sitting room with TV / DVD player.
Private fully fenced garden, decking area and hot tub with countryside views.
Willows’ End
The largest cottage, sleeping up to 5 guests in 2 twin / super king bedrooms with large ensuite shower rooms and a single room.
Separate bathroom with bath / shower over.
Country kitchen has a feature Range cooker, oak table, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.
Lounge with solid oak floors, comfortable sofas, and TV / DVD player.
Private fully fenced garden, decking area and hot tub with countryside views.
The Old Farmhouse
Detached cottage overlooking a large, grassed area and the forest beyond.
Sleeps 5 guests in 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 single and 1 king (which can also be set up as 2 singles).
Bathroom with bath with an overbath shower.
Well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, and dishwasher.
Dining room with table.
Lounge with dual aspect windows and comfy sofas, large log burner and TV/DVD player.
Fenced front garden.
Hot Tub sits at the side of the cottage being screened from view from other guests.

Shepherds Huts - The Warren, The Sett, The Lair :
All huts sleep 2 guests and feature:
Open-plan kitchen, dining area with sofa, woodburner, air conditioning and double bed.
Shower room with shower, basin and toilet.
Electric oven and induction hob, combined oven/microwave, fridge with box freezer.
Private patio area with hot tub, outside furniture, and firepit.
Smart TV and Wi-Fi.
Free use of the Washer/dryer available in the conservatory in the main building of sister cottages.

Located on the edge of Cropton Forest, and set in 6 acres of private countryside, our guests can enjoy peace & tranquillity amidst an abundance of wildlife, perfect for cycling, walking or simply relaxing. You can of course also enjoy fishing in our large pond which is well stocked along with a few surprises!
