All six cottages are finished to the highest modern standard and include the following:

The Granary (sleeps 6) - 1 twin en-suite, 1 double en-suite, 1 twin using master bathroom, kitchen / dining room, downstairs WC, large living room.
The Dairy (sleeps 6) - Downstairs twin bedroom, first floor twin or double bedroom (your choice), first floor twin attic room, first floor shower room & WC, ground floor Bathroom & WC, kitchen/dining room and living room.
Mill House (sleeps 5/6) - En-suite single bedroom suitable for the less able or elderly on the ground floor, living room, kitchen, dining room, WC, 1 double bedroom - first floor, 1 twin bedroom - first floor, WC & shower room.
The Stables (sleeps 2) - Wheelchair access ground floor only, kitchen/dining/living room, shower room (wet room), WC, double or twin bedroom (your choice).
Pool View (sleeps 2) - Wheelchair access ground floor only, kitchen/dining/living room, shower room (wet room), WC, double or twin bedroom (your choice).
Orchard View (sleeps 2) - Wheelchair access ground floor only, kitchen/dining/living room, shower room (wet room), WC, double or twin bedroom (your choice).
Accommodation and fishing accessibility info:
The Stables has full ramped wheelchair access with a walk-in shower. A wheeled shower chair is available if required.
The Mill and Dairy Cottages are both suitable for the less abled and the elderly. They each have a ground floor bedroom and washing facilities. The Mill has a single bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The shower has a raised tray and there is a slight step up in-to the shower. The Dairy has a twin bedroom with a bathroom (bath only - no shower) also on the ground floor.
Fishing pegs on the Middle Lake are solid stoned with four pegs offering wheelchair access.
There is a hard car park close to the water, a fisherman's pavilion with microwave, clean w.c., payphone and refreshments. Picnic facilities are available, and the layout of the fishery is convenient for disabled fishermen.
There is a ‘Pets Corner' where you're welcome to meet some of the animals, all with their own unique personalities. This includes horses, ponies, lambs, hens and 2 pigs.
