- Each lodge sleeps up to 4 guests (either in 2 doubles, or in 1 double and 2 singles) and the shepherds hut sleeps 2 (1 double bed).
- Furnished to an exceptional standard with fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, living space and private outdoor deck with outdoor dining furniture, hot tub, and gas BBQ.
- Wood burning stove and private barrel sauna (shepherds hut only).
- Welcome Hamper on arrival with delicious goodies, locally sourced where possible.

- Free fishing on the site's 3 lakes.

Heron Lodge is nestled in a quiet corner of the site overlooking the main fishing lake. Features as with all lodges include a private, secluded 6-seater hot tub, a large, decked patio area with outdoor dining table, a leather sofa, and a luxurious four-poster double bed. The fully equipped kitchens include fridge, freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer drier.
Kingfisher lodge is based in a secluded location overlooking the pristine middle lake,
Wagtail Lodge is situated in an elevated position overlooking the main fishing lake.
Woodpecker Lodge is situated in an idyllic location overlooking the main lake with far reaching views over the open countryside.
Damsel Shepherds Hut sleeps 2, so is perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway. Damsel is beautifully appointed with double cabin bed, compact kitchen (fridge, combi microwave/grill, ceramic hob, sink, kettle, and toaster), internal hot shower & loo, wood burner, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Outside there is a wooden deck with private hot tub, table & chairs, and gas BBQ. Damsel sits between Kingfisher Lake and Mill Pond from where you can fish or just sit in wonderful seclusion enjoying the nature all round you.

Pricing
- Lodges From £200 / night, £900 / week.
- Shepherds Hut – from £125 / night, £600/week.
- £100 Security Deposit.
- Weekly breaks are Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday (unless by prior agreement).
- Mid-week short breaks are 4 nights from Monday to Friday.
- Weekend short breaks are 3 nights from Friday to Monday.
- Discounts available for longer stays and multiple lodge bookings.
- Extras available include BBQ packs, hampers, fruit basket, special occasion cakes, flower bouquets, and tackle and bait kits.
