Accommodation Details
- Two renovated cottages each offering two bedrooms.
- Rhedyn can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 large kingsize double bedroom (with option of twin also).
- Mwsogl can sleep up to 6 guests in 2 large kingside double bedrooms plus a large sofa bed in the lounge.
- Bedrooms have garden and lake views, all accessed via a themed staircase.
- Landing area: with seating.
- Bathroom with heated towel rails, WC, bath, and power shower.
- Large lounge with log burner, Smart TV, and stunning views.
- Fully fitted large kitchen / diner including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and all the essentials plus a table seating 6.
- Separate WC downstairs.
- French windows lead out to large enclosed rear garden with furnished patio (seating up to 8), BBQ, fire pit and level lawn.
- Gardens are enclosed with fences and are dog-proof.
- Driveway parking for 2 cars at Rhedyn cottage. Mwsogl cottage can accommodate 4 cars.
- Access to a private 1.8 acre lake with stock of coarse fish – fishing is free to guests. Up to two fishing guests permitted on the lake at any one time. No dogs or non fishing guests are allowed lakeside.
- The lake/fishing is fenced off and accessed via gates, so is child-proof.
- Up to two well behaved dogs allowed (£20 / dog / stay)
- Free Wi-Fi.
- Bed linen provided, not towels or beach towels.
- Travel cot available. Bring your own cot bedding.
- Special doggie welcome packs containing treats, toys, towels, blankets, and bowls.
- Mwsogl has a downstairs wet room which is especially useful for dogs after a muddy walk.
- Oil central heating with underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs. Thermostats allow heating to be ‘zoned.’
- Heating and electricity included.
- First basket of logs provided, more available to purchase locally.
- No smoking.
- Rhedyn can be booked on its own, or together with Mwsogl.
- All bedrooms have space for a cot.

Welcome to our lovingly renovated lakeside cottages. Customers come back year after year to enjoy this peaceful spot with private lake and coastline just a very short drive away. We make all guests feel welcome including your furry friends who get treated to a special goodie bag!!

- Visit the harbour town of Aberaeron, just 5 miles away, with its beautiful Georgian buildings and wealth of independent shops, cafes, and eateries including the famous Honey ice cream…as well as the idyllic harbour setting (great for crabbing!).
- Look for dolphins from New Quay harbour (or take a boat trip), enjoy sea food dining or enjoy an ice cream from New Quays outstanding ice cream parlour.
- Explore Aberystwyth and the Cambrian Mountains to the north and the many sandy beaches, rocky coves, and fishing villages of Cardigan Bay a short distance to the south.
