Accommodation Details
- Open April to November inclusive.
- Five safari tents (Cwtch, Holly, Ash, Ivy and Meadow) sleeping two to five guests.
- Cwtch – Open plan area with four poster bed - Sleeps two adults and an infant.
- Holly and Meadow – Open plan area with four poster bed, separate room with double and single bed above.
- All accommodation has hot water, LED lighting, en-suite bathroom, power shower, open plan living area with seating and log burning stove, and a fully equipped kitchen area including utensils, 2 ring gas cooker, sink and kettle.
- Large cool box provided (there is no fridge).
- Luxury linen, blankets and fluffy towels provided.
- Outside these is a private decking area with amazing views, seating and a fire pit (except Ivy which has a BBQ instead). Cwtch now has a cedar barrel wood-fired sauna which floats above the woodland floor and has panoramic views across the river valley!. Meadow has an additional private decked area with a rainfall shower right beneath the trees, a hammock, and an outdoor bath.

- Lots of space for buggies and bikes under the decking.
- Scout tent (sleeping 2 adults) available for extra nightly cost.
- There is a tree-top walkway connecting two of the safari tents; The Ivy and Meadow, so perfect for a family group up to 10 people.
- Private on site car park near to accommodation (barrows provided to transport luggage).
- Bespoke luxury hampers full of local produce can be purchased and delivered to your door each day.
- For pure indulgence, private massages and reflexology treatments can be arranged, surrounded by just birdsong and the rustle of the trees.
- Quiet night policy and for this reason the property cannot accept stags, hens or large party groups.
- Environmentally sustainable being off grid with everything running from solar energy and generators. The site is designed to minimise impact on the environment. For this reason luxury bathroom products and washing up liquid are provided– all eco-friendly and chemical free. So please don’t bring your own on holiday unless they are bug friendly.

- 2 night minimum stay.
- Prices from £185/night /(low season) up to £325 (high season).
- Check in days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Three night weekend stay, four night mid-week stay and seven night week stays available.

- Stroll into Hay on Wye, “The Book Town” famous for its literary festival in May. Browse its shops, regular markets, castle, cafe’s and restaurants, or take a stroll to the River Wye.
- Climb the nearby Hay Bluff in the Black Mountains or walk Offa’s Dyke Path, a trail of 177 miles.
- Go horse riding in the Brecon Beacons (numerous local stables) or try fishing and water sports at the nearby Llangorse lake.
