Accommodation Details
- Two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 guests.
- Bedroom 1 super-king (or two singles).
- Bedroom 2 twin bedroom.
- Open plan kitchen / diner / lounge with wood burner.
- Fully equipped Kitchen including dish washer, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, and oven.
- Bi-fold doors onto a large veranda on the lake and overlooking the river.
- Wooden floors with underfloor heating throughout.
- 2 bathrooms - 1 with bath and shower overhead, the second with double shower.

- Electricity and towels included.
- Private parking for up to three cars.

- Outside - Garden picnic table, barbecue, seating log store, plus a garden shed for fishing tackle storage and for bikes.
- Private fishing swim on the adjacent Hampshire Avon and private fishing on the small lake by the lodge. All included in the stay with further sections of river available at an additional cost.
- Glamping pod (1 bedroom) available which can sleep a further two guests. This has easy access to the lodge and its facilities and can only be let with the Lodge at 25% of the Lodge rate.
- Short breaks available, Friday to Friday bookings.
- Not suitable for children under 10 due to the fast flowing river and adjacent lake, or less mobile due to access down the steep slope from car parking area.
- Dogs are welcome but need to be kept on a lead outside due to the deer. Dogs are charged at £40 per dog.
- The first basket of logs for the wood burner in the lounge is free and then £7.50 per bag thereafter.
- Welcome pack is provided for all guests including a bottle of Prosecco, New Forest Spring Water locally produced Jam, biscuits, milk, tea & coffee*. You will also get a discount Go New Forest card to be used locally which can provide discounts when used with participating businesses. * Contents may vary.
- An adjoining 2-acre paddock and stables for two horses are available on a DIY basis (additional cost) if you wish to bring your own horse. The paddock adjoins a bridleway which gives access to the National Park.

Welcome to our wonderful luxury riverside lodge. Soak in the views across the river and water meadows, listen to the wildlife, and snuggle up by the log burner at night. Our lodge provides the perfect base to relax and unwind and enjoy your pastimes, whilst also being able to explore the New Forest, and counties of Hampshire and Dorset, including its spectacular coastline. Have a wonderful time and enjoy our welcome hamper too.
Pricing
- 7 nights – from £1040 (off peak) to £2353 (peak).
- 4 nights – From 880 (off peak) to £1765 (peak).
- Monday and Friday check in dates.
- Fishing included on lake and the private swim on the River Avon (further parts of the river available at additional cost, see angling section).
- Dogs are charged at £40 per dog.
- The first basket of logs for the wood burner in the lounge is free and then £7.50 per bag thereafter.
- Hot tub available to hire from £325 for the weekend and £400 for the week.
- Adjoining 2-acre paddock and stables for two horses are available on a DIY basis if you wish to bring your own horse at £100 per horse per week.
- Hire of state-of-the-art electric mountain bike, Trek Powerfly LT4 plus, with a 50 mile range on each charge. £125 for the weekend or mid-week and £175 for a 7 night break.
- Additional accommodation in the glamping pod that sleeps 2, with easy access to the Lodge and its facilities and can only be let with the lodge at 25% of the lodge rate.
