Pods
Two single beds.
kitchen facilities including gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, cutlery & crockery.
En-suite shower room with shower, toilet, and wash hand basin.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Fishing is included for two staying guests.
The pods are situated behind two islands with their own secluded fishing area on the lake.
Farmhouse guest suite
3 bedroom suite located within the main farmhouse.
Guests have exclusive use of the suite which sleeps up to 7 guests (plus infants).
The 3 ensuite bedrooms all include Kingsize bed, TV, WiFi, and tea/coffee making facilities.
All rooms have private en-suite facilities.
A large Farmhouse kitchen/dining room with oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and sink.

Private resident’s garden complete with BBQ and ornamental pond that the suite guests can fish for free.

Welcome to Shirkoak farm. We have developed and managed fisheries both in the UK and abroad and are very proud of our home, Shirkoak. Not only is there some wonderful fish to be caught but it’s a peaceful and picturesque setting to while away the time and enjoy the abundance of wildlife. If you want to venture off site, your spoilt for choice in the Kent area.

Pods
- Prices start at £120 per night.
- Minimum of 2 nights.
- Unfortunately, no dogs.
Farmhouse suite
- All prices below include breakfast.
- Minimum of 2 nights.
- Sunday – Thursday - £200 / night (up to 4 guests) - £25 extra / night for additional guests up to max of 7.
- Friday – Saturday - £250 / night (up to 4 guests) - £25 extra / night for additional guests up to max of 7.
- No charge for infants (travel cot can be provided by owners but please bring your own bedding).
Fishing
- Fishing is included for pod guests on the main lake and on the ornamental pond for suite guests.
- For anglers not staying in the pods the pricing for the main lake is below:
- 12 hours - up to 3 rods = £15.
- 24 hours - up to 3 rods = £30.
- 36 hours up to 3 rods = £45.
- 48 hours - up to 3 rods = £55.
