Spacious lounge with large wood burner in an inglenook fireplace, 40" TV, Sky, DVD and stereo player, with window seats and patio doors leading to the garden.
Separate cottage-style kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.
Large dining room with Aga (hire charges apply).
Additional smaller kitchen and lounge in the extension. The second kitchen is fully equipped with built-in cooker, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer.

Pricing
- 7 nights – from £2,199 (off peak) to £4,886 (peak).
- 3/4 nights – From £1,649 (off peak) to £3,665 (peak).
- Monday and Friday check in dates.
- Dogs are charged at £40 per dog.
- The first basket of logs for the wood burner in the lounge is free and then £7.50 per bag thereafter.
- A permanent 4 - 6 person hot tub can be hired at £325 for a weekend or £400 for a week.
- Free fishing on all 3 lakes for guests.
