All shepherd huts include the following:
- Sleep area – Built in double bed with pillows, duvet, blanket, and linen provided. There are reading lights and a TV at the end of the bed.
- Kitchen – Fridge with mini freezer, microwave, 2 ring electric hob, toaster, kettle & coffee machine with pods. All cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots, and pans are provided. There is an electric heating system built into the skirting board under the kitchen cupboards.
- Ensuite bathroom – Toilet, hand basin, shower. flannels, hand towels, bath towels, hot tub towels. Mini toiletries are provided.
- Outside – Raised deck over a paved patio area, metal table & 2 chairs with a private 2-person wood fired hot tub, firepit and BBQ.
- Firewood, kindling & firelighters are all provided for your stay.
- A lighting service is available for your first night (fee of £10), where your hot tub will be lit and looked after ready for your arrival.
- There are 3 dog friendly huts on site (named Jacob, Masham and Ryeland). There is a charge of £7.50 per day for 1 dog or £10 per day to bring 2 dogs away with you.
- Free Wi-Fi.
- Large tarmac car park which is only a short walk from the huts. Trolleys are provided for taking your luggage to your hut.

- Midweek - £110 / night (low season) to 130 / night (high season).
- Fridays and Saturdays - £140 / night (low season) to 160 / night (high season).
- 2-night minimum stay.
- There is a charge of £7.50 per day for 1 dog or £10 per day to bring 2 dogs away with you.
