Accommodation Details
- 5 pods each sleeping 2 guess.
- 1 double bed.
- Washroom and toilet.
- Fridge, lights, and electric for kettle or charging phones etc.
- Each pod also has its own nets, slings and cradles.
- Each pod, all situated on the Specimen Lake, has its own private decked swim (as well as a double grassed swim to the side; ideal for an additional angler).
- 2 other lakes on site (Match and Leisure).
- Onsite tearoom.
- Onsite shower and toilet block.
- Well behaved dogs welcome (£5 / stay).
- Non fishing guests welcome (no additional cost).
- We do need to advise we will close when our fish start spawning, and all bookings would have to be rearranged.

Welcome to our family run fishery and accommodation. We have lakes to suit all levels and passions, and for those after specimen carp the pods offer you and a visitor the ideal place to enjoy the setting and wait for those bites. When you fancy a bite to eat just wander on over to our cafe for a delicious breakfast, lunch or maybe afternoon tea. This beautiful and peaceful spot is great just to unwind and also explore the wider area.

Accommodation
- Pods are £70 / night (24hr fishing ticket) – including one person fishing, additional angler is £30, non fishing guest is free.
- 48 hours weekdays including Sundays also available - £100 including one person fishing, additional angler is £40, non fishing guest is free.
- Well behaved dogs welcome (£5 / stay)
- Non fishing guests stay free of charge.
Fishing
- Match Lake day ticket £5 - no night fishing
- Leisure Lake day ticket £5 (one rod), £8 (two rods) - 24hr ticket also available (£18).
- Specimen Lake 24-hour ticket £25 (you can upgrade to a pod including one person fishing for £65 for 24 hours. Additional angler is £25. Non fishing guest is free.
- 48hr tickets also available on weekdays and Sundays at a reduced cost.

- Visit one of the many country parks at Langold, Ulley, and Rother Valley. Here you will find a variety of walks, water activities, fishing and of course a café or two!
- Take a walk round the beautiful Lindrick Common nature reserve with meadows and wildflowers.
