Perfectly positioned for exploring, guests can enjoy Dorset's spectacular coastline, beautiful beaches, rolling countryside and internationally important nature reserves, while anglers will find superb coarse, game and sea fishing right on the doorstep and throughout the surrounding area, including Christchurch Harbour and the Rivers Avon and Stour.

There is a separate lounge, dining room with patio doors out to the rear garden (both with seating for 10) and kitchen on the ground floor, with bedrooms and bathrooms on the first and second floors. There is very fast cable Wi-Fi and Virgin TV in the lounge and the master bedroom. Two other bedrooms have Freeview TVs and the whole house is centrally heated with gas-fired heating and a large wood burner in the spacious and comfortable lounge.
