South Farm offers the following accommodation open all year round:
The Farmhouse with hot tub (sleeps 10) is a luxuriously appointed 5 bedroom (1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom), large enclosed garden and its own private hot tub. if you have a larger group why not book the Farmhouse (sleeps 10) and Oaktree Cottage (sleeps 6) as it has a connecting door to sleep 16.
Oaktree Cottage (sleeps 6) is a three bedroom, two bathroom, two storey house with magnificent distant views accessed off a car free central courtyard.
Carp Lodge (sleeps 6) is a very spacious, two bedroom wooden lodge with a large covered veranda and lovely views over Home Lake and woodland.
Lake Cottage (sleeps 4) is a small charming cottage with lake views from every window. Ideal for fishermen being only 30 meters from Home Lake.
Coshes Garden (sleeps 5) is a single storey, two-bedroom cottage retaining beamed ceilings and part stone walls, accessed off a car free central courtyard.
Cinders Cottage (sleeps 6) is a three bedroom a double bedroom with a TV, a twin bedroom, both with magnificent views and a small bedroom with bunk beds.
Stable Cottage (sleeps 6) is a three-bedroom single storey cottage with a large glass conservatory from a car parking space and to its own garden with magnificent views over farmland and distant woods.
Swallow Cottage (sleeps 2) is a comfortable and economical cottage situated within the central, car free, courtyard and is ideal for fishermen being only 50 meters from Home lake.

- Cottages sleeping 5 (from £482 / week break and £337 / short breaks).
- Cottages sleeping 6 (from £540 / week break and £377 / short breaks).
- Farmhouse sleeping 10 (from £1400 / week break and £980 / short breaks).
- Prices for short breaks are for 3 or 4 nights.
- Well behaved pets welcome (£40 / week or £6 / night for short breaks).
- Extra person requiring bed and linen - £30 / visit / week.
- Guests may use facilities for £7pp per visit with prior arrangement.
- Free fishing on all 3 lakes for guests. Visiting day fisherman - £7 dawn to dusk – Upper and Lower Ram Lake only – 6 ticket limit / day.
