Accommodation Details
Four converted barn cottages sleeping from 3 to 5 guests, converted to a high standard, and retaining the traditional features.
- The Barn – Sleeps five guests in three bedrooms (double, twin & single) and has bathroom with power shower.
- The Granary - Sleeps five guests in three bedrooms (twin, bunk, and single) and has bathroom with shower and bath).
- The Tackroom -Sleeps four guests in two bedrooms (double downstairs and twin upstairs,) and has walk in wet room with power shower.
- The Hayloft - Sleeps three adults in two ground floor bedrooms (twin and single) and has walk in wet room with power shower.
All cottages include the following:
- Open plan living area with dining table and a modern fitted kitchen.
- Living room with sofas and flat screen TVs/DVD players.
- Modern fitted kitchens with quality hobs, ovens, microwaves, and fridge with icebox.
- Tiled floors with underfloor heating.
- Private garden.
- Cottage entrances set around a central landscaped courtyard with Olive trees and a wealth of flowers and plants.
- Outside laundry cabin with washer and drier and freezer for guests use and loads of toys and books for the Kids to play with.
- Off street parking.
- Electric car charging is available at an extra cost.

Disabled facilities by arrangement – please enquire for details. Note: Three of the holiday cottages have ground floor bedrooms and walk in showers and loos.
Apologies no pets. However Pet horses welcome – these can be stabled the farm. Bridleways on the doorstep.

Welcome to our cottages, set on an idyllic farm setting. With our own private and renowned angling stretch of the river it’s an angler’s paradise and ideal for those wanting to relax and enjoy the peaceful endless riverside walks.
Whilst being in a secluded, peaceful spot, the location is within a short walking distance of various eateries and public houses and a short drive to other towns, villages, and attractions.

- Visit the historic towns of Southwell (30 mins) and Newark (30 mins) with everything from Southwell Minster to Newark Castle.
- Explore everything Nottingham (10 mins) has to offer from the shops and bars to the theatres and museums.
