Accommodation Details
- Four double bedrooms - one superking, one king and two bedrooms that can either be made into twins or superking bedrooms (depending on guest preference).
- One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor which can be either a twin or superking. There is also a downstairs bathroom (not wet room).
- All bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, hypoallergenic duvets and pillows and Egyptian cotton linen.
- Lounge has comfy sofas, Smart TV with Netflix and an electric log effect fire. There is also an additional seating area in the dining room.
- 8-seater oak table. Outside dining for 8 with gas barbecue (available May to October).
- High specification kitchen with electric induction double oven, American style fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave, George Foreman Grill, kettle and toaster.
- Washer / dryer, iron and ironing board.
- Hydrotherapy Jacuzzi (accommodates up to 6). Patio with outside seating for 8 and a gas barbecue. Large private mature garden. Double hammock. Outdoor games equipment.
- Dog friendly (maximum 2, must be booked in and get their own 'doggie welcome pack'). Garden is securely fenced.

- Monday and Friday changeover.
- 2 and 3 night weekends available (Friday to Sunday or Monday. Prices from £595 (low season) to £1695 (high season).
- 4 night mid-week breaks (Monday to Friday) available. Prices from £645 (low season) to £1,695 (high season).
- Up to 2 dogs welcome (small surcharge).
- Fishing at nearby lake included in your stay (by prior arrangement).
