- Two ensuite bed and breakfast rooms and two self-catered apartments (suite and studio) called Agents Office and Josie’s Annexe
Facilities at the main Agents House (for use by all guests):
- Breakfast lounge/dining room (continental and cooked breakfast included for all guests of the B and B, apartments). Owners can accommodate an early breakfast or breakfast to go if you just can't wait to get to the river bank.
- Honesty bar.

Welcome to our little slice of heaven right by the River Wye. Here you can enjoy our luxury bed and breakfast rooms or self catered apartments. Your spoilt for choice for outdoor activities, being able to walk right from the door along the river or explore the wider area of the Malvern’s, Black Mountains, and the beautiful town of Hay on Wye just 5 miles away. We have many returning fishermen who always have a fantastic and relaxing time.
